1) These terms and conditions include the terms of using the services between the website www.mhm.mt (hereinafter referred to as MUHAMMET TURAN) and all natural and legal persons and institutions (hereinafter referred to as USER).

2) USERs are supposed to have accepted in advance that they are over 18 years old and they read, understand and accept all articles of the terms and conditions available on MUHAMMET TURAN. These USERs are also supposed to have accepted each and every change on the terms and conditions in advance.

3) In order to benefit from the services given on MUHAMMET TURAN, the service fee must be paid by credit or debit card. USER cannot claim any right for the unpaid orders.

4) After the service fee of the translation orders on MUHAMMET TURAN is paid by credit or debit card by USER on the user panel, the translation request is approved and processed. All unpaid translation requests are pending until USER pays the fee.

5) The translation service given on MUHAMMET TURAN website is sent to the e-mail address given by USER on the request form within 48 hours after the service fee is successfully paid. Depending on the number of order, MUHAMMET TURAN website may extend the delivery duration by informing USER.

6) MUHAMMET TURAN website has got the right to decline the translation requests without having any excuse by refunding the fee to USER.

7) MUHAMMET TURAN website has the right to change or amend the terms and conditions unilaterally.
